Chauffeur driven cars for you to arrive in style

Working in partnership with a local company, we provide a chauffeur driven wedding car service. Book and pay for the service directly at Dudley Register Office and we arrange it all for you.

Our cars are exclusively available to couples marrying at Priory Hall, Thomas Robinson Building or any Dudley approved premises. Cars are available on a first come, first served basis, so best to book as soon as you can. Choose from three different cars; Jaguar XF, Citroen 2CV or the gorgeous vintage Rolls Royce.

Jaguar XF

For only £120 our Jaguar XF (or equivalent car) and uniformed chauffeur will be provided for couples getting married at
Priory Hall, Thomas Robinson Building and Dudley Approved Premises

• We will arrange for a chauffeur driven car to collect the bride and take her to her ceremony
• The car will be available at the ceremony venue for photographs as desired following the ceremony (maximum ½ hour)
• The chauffeur will drive the newlyweds to their reception venue

• A quirky alternative to the traditional wedding car!
• We will arrange for the chauffeur driven car to collect the bride and take her to her ceremony
• The car will be available at the ceremony venue for photographs as desired following the ceremony (maximum ½ hour)
• The chauffeur will drive the newlyweds to their reception venue
• Why not book both cars? One for the bride and one for the bridesmaids or the groom

1926 Rolls Royce

New for 2019 - if you are looking for something really special how about arriving in a 1926 vintage Rolls Royce? Available to book for just £275

• We will arrange for the chauffeur driven car to collect the bride and take her to her ceremony
• The car will be available at the ceremony venue for photographs as desired following the ceremony (maximum ½ hour)
• The chauffeur will drive the newlyweds to their reception venue
• Why not book two cars? One for the bride and one for the bridesmaids or the groom

How to book a car

To book any of our cars please complete the booking form below and email to marriage.enquiry@dudley.gov.uk then visit our e-store to make the payment. Enter your names and date of marriage when you make the payment so that we know who the payment is for.

As soon as we receive the payment and booking form, we will make the arrangements and confirm your booking with you by email.

 

Terms and conditions

• The fee must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Dudley Registration Service will book your ceremony car for you, subject to availability. In the unfortunate event that no car is available for the day and time requested we will notify you within 5 working days and refund the fee in full that you have paid.
• Cars are only available for couples marrying at Priory Hall, Thomas Robinson Building or a Dudley Borough approved premise.
• The bride will be collected 45 minutes before the time of the ceremony (grooms a little earlier).
• The collection address and the reception venue must both be within 6 miles of the ceremony venue.
• The cars are maintained to a very high standard but are mechanical and they can go wrong therefore we cannot be responsible for any breakdowns.
• Cancellations received more than 3 months before the ceremony date will receive 50% refund, for cancellations received after this time, no refund will be given.
• We reserve the right to change cars at our discretion.
• Details for this booking will be shared with the wedding car supplier.
• Citroen holds 2 adults in rear, no children. Jaguar holds 3 passengers in rear and 1 adult in front, no children under 3 years old. Rolls Royce seats 2 passengers in rear and 1 in the front, no children.
• The car will be on site at the ceremony venue for up to 30 minutes after the ceremony ends for photographs before taking the couple to their reception venue. If you would like to book longer; additional ½ hour slots can be purchased for £30 per car. An additional fee of £30 per extra ½ hour of photography time per car will be charged (over the included ½ hour) if applicable.
