Chauffeur driven cars for you to arrive in style

Working in partnership with local companies, we provide a chauffeur driven wedding car service. Book and pay for the service directly at Dudley Register Office and we arrange it all for you.

Our cars are available to couples marrying at Priory Hall, Thomas Robinson Building or at any Dudley approved premises. The cars are available on a first come, first served basis, so best to book as soon as you can. From the Rolls Royce and gorgeous vintage Fords to a Jaguar XF, there is something to suit every couple and budget.

Jaguar XF

Elegant and simple. Available to book for just £140

  • We will arrange for the chauffeur driven car to collect the bride and take her to her ceremony
  • The car will be available at the ceremony venue for photographs as desired following the ceremony (maximum ½ hour)
  • The chauffeur will drive the newlyweds to their reception venue
  • Why not book two cars? One for the bride and one for the bridesmaids or the groom
  • Seats 2 passengers in rear and 1 in the front

Vintage car

How about arriving in a vintage car? We have two door and four door cars to choose from. 

Our two door vintage Ford Model A is available to book for just £140

There is a choice of Ford Model A four door cars depending on whether you want it open top or enclosed.  The vintage cars are available to book for £200.

A vintage style Austin car is available Monday to Friday only for £200.

Ford Model A Extended Limousine

If you are looking for something really special, how about arriving with your bridesmaids in a vintage limo? This car can seat two in luxurious comfort or accommodate up to six passengers. Available to book for just £275*

  • We will arrange for the chauffeur driven car to collect the bride and up to three others (bridesmaids, dad, mum) and take her to her ceremony
  • The car will be available at the ceremony venue for photographs as desired following the ceremony (maximum ½ hour)
  • The chauffeur will drive the newlyweds to their reception venue

Rolls Royce Shadow available to book for just £200

Rolls Royce Silver Cloud available to book for £275 (Monday to Friday only)

Book a car

To book any of our cars please download and complete the booking form found at the bottom of the page and email to marriage.equiry@dudley.gov.uk then visit our e-store to make the payment.

As soon as we receive both the form and payment we will make the arrangements with our supplier and confirm your booking with you by email.

By booking one of our cars you are agreeing to our terms and conditions outlined below

Terms and conditions

  • The fee must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Dudley Registration Service will book your ceremony car for you, subject to availability. In the unfortunate event that no car is available for the day and time requested we will notify you within 5 working days and refund the fee in full that you have paid.
  • Cars are only available for couples marrying at Priory Hall, Thomas Robinson Building or a Dudley Borough approved premise.
  • The bride will be collected 45 minutes before the time of the ceremony (grooms a little earlier).
  • The collection address and the reception venue must both be within 6 miles of the ceremony venue.
  • The cars are maintained to a very high standard but are mechanical and they can go wrong therefore we cannot be responsible for any breakdowns.
  • Cancellations received more than 3 months before the ceremony date will receive 50% refund, for cancellations received after this time, no refund will be given
  • We reserve the right to change cars at our discretion.
  • Details for this booking will be shared with the wedding car supplier.
  • Ford A two door seats 2 passengers in rear and 1 in the front, no children
  • Ford A four door seat 2 passengers in rear and 1 in the front, children must be over 3 years old
  • Ford A extended limousine seats 2 passengers luxuriously but can accommodate up to 6 passengers, children must be over 3 years old
  • Jaguar XF seats 2 passengers in rear and 1 in the front, children must be over 3 years old
  • Rolls Royce Shadow seats 2 passengers in rear and 1 in the front, children must be over 3 years old
  • The car will be on site at the ceremony venue for up to 30 minutes after the ceremony ends for photographs before taking the couple to their reception venue. If you would like to book longer; additional ½ hour slots can be purchased for £30 per car. An additional fee of £30 per extra ½ hour of photography time per car will be charged (over the included ½ hour) if applicable.
