Treat your guests to our professionally designed and printed stationery exclusive to Dudley Register Office. We offer a quality product at an affordable price with a choice of card to keep you within budget. Choose from three different designs and we will personalise them to meet your individual requirements.

All cards are A6 except for Blossom and Traditional invitations that are 150mm square. Order of ceremony booklets are A5 and certificates and verse cards are A4 in size.

Our stationery is professionally produced and available in a choice of two qualities:

  • The Premium range has the personalised designs printed onto white 280gsm silk card.
  • The Luxury range has the personalised designs printed onto ivory conqueror card featuring a hammered textured finish.

All designs are supplied with co-ordinating quality envelopes ready for you to post.

If you are planning ahead why not start with ‘save the date’ cards to make sure your family and friends keep your special date free? Follow up nearer the time with formal invitations for the ceremony, separate evening invitations if needed are available along with RSVP cards to make it easy for your guests to reply.

At the ceremony, order of ceremony booklets make a nice memento for your guests that keeps them informed of the proceedings, including your choices of music and readings. You can choose to have your readings printed into a lovely souvenir card for your reader to use in the ceremony and as a keepsake for afterwards. For yourselves we offer a co-ordinated commemorative certificate that can be framed or included in a wedding album to make the perfect keepsake.

For after the event our ‘thank you’ cards finish the co-ordinated stationery range.

A4 reading verse cards and commemorative certificates are £10 each for premium card and £15 each in the luxury card.

How to order stationery

To order any of our stationery please download the order form and send it attached to an email to marriage.enquiry@dudley.gov.uk or post it to Dudley Register Office, Priory Hall, Priory Park, Dudley DY1 4EU. We will email you to confirm the price for you to make the payment.

Stationery is usually produced within 14 days of receipt of payment.

Personalising your stationery

We will need a little bit of information from you so that we can personalise your stationery. There are some options below, but if you need any other variations please add it to your order form, you may want save the date cards to not show a venue or time so you can use them for both day and evening guests, don't forget to tell us this.
