Trying to find the perfect venues to tie the knot and hold your reception afterwards that are both available at the same time, and in budget, can be tricky to arrange. Take the pressure and stress away by booking our new inclusive ceremony.
You will tie the knot at one of two iconic grade 2 listed Dudley buildings starting with a ceremony at your choice of either Priory Hall or Thomas Robinson Building. Both historic venues are the perfect ceremony choice and offer wonderful photographic opportunities in the grounds following your marriage or civil partnership. Afterwards you will make your way to Himley Hall, a commanding 18th Century building set amongst 180 acres of ‘Capability’ Brown landscaped parkland. Once the family home to the Earls of Dudley and host to royalty and high society. Further photographic opportunities and celebration drinks are followed by speeches, cake cutting and a disco. Included is a buffet for up to 70 guests.

Classic ceremony in the Priory Suite at Priory Hall (for up to 68 guests) or Wollescote Suite in the Thomas Robinson Building (for up to 58 guests). There are no extra fees for registrars or venue hire.

Subject to availability, inclusive ceremony packages can be booked Monday to Friday at 3.30pm and Saturday at 4pm from 1 April to 31 October.
We are sorry, but this offer is not available on Sundays or Bank Holidays or from November to March.
Provisional bookings are take between 3 and 12 months in advance.
If you are planning further ahead, you can make a 'save the date' booking for an additional £75 between 12 and 24 months ahead of the ceremony date.
At the time of booking a deposit of £1,000 is payable plus the registrars' booking fee. These fees cover our costs incurred arranging your ceremony and are therefore non-refundable. The full balance is due no later than three months before the ceremony date.
1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 - £3,950 £1,000 deposit when you book and £2,950 3 months before the ceremony additional evening guests* @ £27 per head
1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 - £4,250 £1,000 deposit when you book and £3,250 3 months before the ceremony additional evening guests* @ £28 per head
*Up to 50 additional guests can be added to the evening reception
The inclusive ceremony package begins with our classic ceremony. This gives you choices of vows and promises, dad can walk you down the aisle and you can choose music from 10 especially chosen playlists.
If you want to personalise your ceremony further and make it totally about you as a couple, you can upgrade to a tailor-made ceremony. Visit our tailor-made ceremonies page to find out more. There is an additional fee to pay for a tailor-made ceremony.
On arrival at Himley Hall the bar will be open for you and your guests to start the celebration

8 weeks before your ceremony you will have a catering meeting at Himley Hall where you can discuss and specific dietary requirements.
On the day of your ceremony the running order will generally be as follows:
4pm Ceremony and photographs at Priory Hall or Thomas Robinson Building
5.30pm arrival at Himley Hall for drinks and photographs
6.30pm additional guests arrive
7.15pm speeches
7.30pm buffet
8.30pm cutting the cake
First dance
10.30pm bar closes
11pm disco ends
You can add any of our ceremony extras to an inclusive ceremony, they all offer great value for money.
Why not book a wedding car to collect you for your ceremony then take you to Himley Hall?
Add our inclusive photography package, our photographer will go to your ceremony venue and Himley Hall as well to take further pictures there before your evening reception. (Please note that this is a fixed value for money package we offer and the photographer will not remain at Himley Hall all evening, they will leave about 6.30pm, if you want a photographer on site for the duration of your celebrations you will need to book one elsewhere.)
Do you want fresh flowers at your wedding? Our florist offers a choice of beautiful bouquets and buttonholes at fantastic prices.
You should arrange for any flowers for the reception and the music for your first dance (on a CD, USB or iPOD, do not rely on the wifi or phone network for a signal, it must be downloaded) to be dropped off at Himley Hall on the day of your ceremony after 9.30am - a job for the best man?
To book an inclusive ceremony just complete the ceremony booking request below that goes directly to our ceremony team at Dudley Register Office telling us your preference of either a Priory Suite Inclusive Ceremony or a Wollescote Suite Inclusive Ceremony, date and your daytime contact details. We will give you a call to discuss availability, make the booking over the telephone and advise you what you need to do next.

Booking fees, save the date fees and deposits are non-refundable as they cover costs incurred at the time of booking. An administration fee is payable to make any changes to your booking.
