All practitioners attending training and CPD events are expected to have booked a place on the event in advance.

Training events start promptly at the advertised start time, therefore please arrive early to allow a prompt start to the course.

Be Prepared

When attending our training courses can you please ensure you are equipped with pen, pencil and notepad for group activities you may be involved in and for making any necessary notes to disseminate back to your colleagues.

Due to the practical nature of some courses such as paediatric first aid, trousers/comfortable clothing and footwear are advised.

Food Safety Training

If you are booked to attend a food safety course you are required to bring photographic identification to the training. This can be a passport, driving licence or work ID. Regrettably you will not be permitted to sit the exam without producing photographic identification.

Pre-course Tasks

Some of the courses offered include a pre-course task. We would encourage all practitioners attending these courses to complete the tasks before attending the training. Please look out for the pre-course task symbol which identifies the courses with this as a requirement. Pre-course activities will be sent to you six weeks prior to the training date.
