Dudley falls prevention is an innovative partnership providing an integrated falls prevention service. The service comprises - Dudley Council’s adult social care and public health services, Dudley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust.
The dementia gateway service supports Dudley residents who are living with dementia, including support for carers and family members.
Anyone diagnosed with dementia, including their carer or family, can ask for help from the borough's Dementia Gateway Service.

Specialist aids, equipment and services throughout the borough to help you to remain independent in your own home for longer.
We can install a range of Telecare solutions within the home and these are linked to our emergency monitoring service. Dudley Telecare Service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
There are a number of services throughout the borough to provide you with advice and guidance on obtaining equipmentand resources to support you to stay comfortably at home.
Housing options with care and support and further information on adapting your home, and home support schemes to allow you to live independently in your own home for longer.
If you or a member of your household are having difficulties getting in or around your home, bathing, or getting upstairs, then we may be able to help you adapt your home to meet your needs.
Getting out and about
We provide a number of specialist, accessible transport services for our service users. There are also a number of external schemes/support available to you.
The Blue Badge Scheme is a national scheme allowing people who have severe mobility problems, or who are registered blind, to park near to places that they would not otherwise be able to access - visit Blue Badge for more information or to apply.
