You can either nominate online or alternatively you can download a version in Microsoft Word and return this either by emailing to ACVapplication@dudley.gov.uk, alternatively post it to Emma Kerr at Dudley Council, Council House, Priory Road, Dudley, DY1 1HF
There is no save facility on the online form, nor does it ‘time out’. However we suggest you open up the Word version to become familiar with the questions, and use it either to complete and email through, or to paste information into the online form.

On receipt of your application, you will receive an acknowledgment by email, automatic return or post. Your nomination will be initially assessed by an appropriate officer who will then present it for consideration by the corporate property group. That group will determine whether to include the nomination onto the list of assets of community value.
The council will make a decision about whether to list the asset within eight weeks following receipt of a completed nomination form. The final decision as to whether the asset is of community value will be made by the corporate property group.
The nominating community group will be notified of the council's decision, including the reason if the nomination is unsuccessful.
The asset will then be added to a list of successful or unsuccessful nominations, which will be available on the council website.
