Transport for West Midlands is running a consultation about proposed improvements to Burnt Tree junction.
The consultation runs until March 9.
The proposed scheme upgrade includes:
- Bus gate changes
- Bus stop relocation
- Footway widening
- Creation of a right turn pocket into Bunns Lane
- Signal changes
- Carriageway widening to improve flow
- Improvements to the existing cycleway and future proofing for further cycle provisions
The draft design has demonstrated benefits for the 87 bus service in both directions.
