Build capacity within the LA to support effective workforce training and development needs
Provide up to date information to schools about available training and services for schools
Audit CPD needs within our schools
Strengthen and support partnerships among schools, CPD providers and other stakeholders within and beyond Dudley
Monitor the effectiveness of training offered in order to refine and improve future provision
Engage in regular dialogue with school based staff
Provide a wide range of CPD activities including briefings, opportunities to develop skills as well as knowledge and understanding, coaching and mentoring, and the dissemination of good practice
