Application process

If you would like an informal chat about becoming a new ceremony venue, please contact the superintendent registrar at Dudley Register Office.
The application form with all relevant information can be downloaded from the foot of this page, or it can be requested from the Register Office. An application can be made online using our contact form
This is covered in section 3 of the application form pack. The holder of the approval will be responsible for informing the Superintendent Registrar and the Licensing Office of any change which will affect the licence, such as change of use or name of Approved premises, change of approval holder, change of responsible person or any material change to the rooms or environment covered in the approval.
The office is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm daily. Applicants are seen by appointment only.
