If you need independent advice Citizens Advice may be able to help you. Your local Citizens Advice will evaluate your circumstances and will be able to advise you on what to do next.

Our Rent Arrears Officers are available to advise you on the next best course of action, and they will be able to work out a repayment plan or restructure your payments if you are not able to pay your arrears in full.
